Processing:Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email.  To cancel an order please email us acall us at (310)918-2162 immediately.  Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled.Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes.  So if unsure please contact use prior or include additional notes in the checkout section. 

Due to high demand and limited availability, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped.  Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Our company hours are from 10am-7pm PST Mon-Fri.  All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse.   Any order placed on Friday after 11am will be sent out on the following Monday. 

Domestic:We ship Domestic orders using Fedex smartpost, 2Day air, and Standard overnight shipping.  We offer free shipping on all domestic and international orders.  Ground shipping within the US takes around 10-14 days to arrive after being picked up by Fedex.  Please give express shipping options 1 day to ship after placing (except on weekends).

International:

All orders outside the US will be shipped using FedEx Economy or FedEx Priority. Shipping rates are calculated by FedEx and international flat shipping rate is good for apparel only and under 15 lbs. Whenever shipping rates appear off, please contact us so we may verify for you. Depending on your location and the service selected at checkout, international deliveries may take on average 10 to 21 days. Customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).
